The range will close at 5 pm the first
Thursday of every month during our extended summer hours
to enable the RSO to attend the ERGC monthly Board of
Directors and General Membership meetings.

Range hours are Tuesday through Sunday.
CLOSED on Mondays (except Mondays
that are Federal Holidays), Easter, Thanksgiving
Day and Christmas Day.
April 1 to September
8:00 am until 6:30pm
October 1 to March
8:00 am until 4:30 pm
Cease Fire begins 15 minutes prior
to range closing time.
A Range Safety Officer is on-duty
at all times the range is open.

Range workdays are the third Saturday
of each ODD numbered month (Jan, Mar, May, Jul, Sep,
Nov) starting at 8:00am sharp. The range will be shut
down from 8:00am until Noon to allow work to be done.
Range will then re-open at Noon for regular activities.
Please bring tools to workday such
as lawn mowers, weed-eaters, rakes, shovels, etc.
Business meetings are held the first Thursday of
every other month (Feb, Apr, Jun, Aug, Oct, Dec) at 7:00pm at Scenic
Hills Country Club located at 8891 Burning Tree Road,
Pensacola, FL 32514.

The ERGC Gun Goddesses will have two summer classes Saturday, August
9, 2014. The 8 a.m. morning class will be �Refuse to be a Victim� and
the 1 p.m. afternoon class will be �Pistol Basics�. Each class will
cost $15 per person. Registration is REQUIRED before July 31, 2014.

I just wanted to you keep you updated on a few things.
last Board of Directors meeting we decided to rename the individual
shooting ranges to Bays. The new Bay #'s will be as follows:
Range 1 will now be Bay 1;
Range 2 will now be Bay 2;
2B (aka Pistol Range) will now be Bay 3;
Range 3 will now be Bay 4,
Range 4 will now be Bay 5.
The two additional ranges being
built North of Bay 5 will be Bays 6 & 7.
When you sign in the log
book, please indicate where you will be shooting using the new
designations. There are new signs posted on each bay.

Also, I need to make sure that everyone is aware that you are
responsible for removal of all your brass and other spent casings from
the range. You are welcome to take your brass with you, or drop
them in the buckets that are hanging on every range. There is a

ERGC members, please be advised that we are currently
doing range renovations on various ranges at different times through the
week. These renovations sometimes cause the closure of a range, but
the closures are typically for a short duration. If anyone has questions
regarding range availability, please call the on-duty range safety office
